Senior Corporate Sales Executive Job at SPIRO

Job Description
The Senior Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing corporate accounts by selling Spiro motorbikes directly to businesses and organizations directly, or through our Asset financiers. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with clients, driving recurring sales volume, and ensuring strong after-sales support to maximize customer retention and revenue growth.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients across sectors (SME, FMCG, NGOs, government, Private, etc.).
- Pitch Spiro’s motorbike solutions to businesses, tailoring proposals to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules in line with company policies.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, activities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports and market insights into management.
- Work closely with the Finance, operations, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Contribute to team sales strategies and participate in periodic reviews and training.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business.
- Develop account plans for key clients, tracking performance, satisfaction, and upselling opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, offering ongoing support and resolving issues.
