About the Organisation
As an Innovation hub based in Kampala, Uganda - We help new and upcoming African entrepreneurs interested in using technology to build high growth companies with co-working space, business incubation and technical training programs.

About The NSSF Hi innovator Program
The NSSF Hi-innovator is an initiative of NSSF in partnership with Mastercard Foundation and implemented by Outbox that seeks to support small and growing businesses with high potential for growth with access to catalytic funding, technical assistance, mentorship and linkages to markets to help them become more competitive and investment ready.

Job Description
The Communications Lead will ensure effective communication, promotion, marketing, engagement, and involvement both within and outside of the organization to support the goals of the Hi-Innovator Initiative.
The Communications Lead will spearhead all the project’s internal and external communications and take lead in the coordination of project partners to ensure the effective implementation of communications strategies, media relations for the Hi-Innovator project over the course of the project. The Communications Lead will extend support and create overall alignment between the communications resources in co-implementing partner organizations, sponsorship partners and Outbox.
The Senior Communications Associate reports directly to the Programme Lead.
