The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.

How to Apply

  • Review, assess, and process insurance claims in compliance with GA Insurance policies and regulatory standards.

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the claims process, providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.

  • Collect and analyze all relevant documentation to ensure claims are accurate and complete.

  • Conduct thorough investigations of claims, collaborating with external parties as necessary.

  • Ensure all claims comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Pursue recoveries under reinsurance (RI) with guidance from the Claims Manager.

  • Negotiate with service providers, such as garages, to manage claim-related costs.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records and reports on claim statuses, trends, and outcomes.
