Job Description
The Senior Business Development Executive will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and product demonstration to closing deals and onboarding clients. This role focuses on the private education sector, promoting ABNO's ERP solutions. The candidate will build long-term relationships with decision-makers, lead and support junior sales staff, manage key accounts, and contribute to marketing and strategy efforts. Success in this role requires strong sales acumen, leadership skills, and a proven record of achieving sales targets in similar industries.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Drive the full sales process: lead generation, qualification, demos, proposals, negotiation, and onboarding
Focus on selling ERP/SaaS solutions to private schools and education groups
Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators and decision-makers
Lead and coach junior Business Development Executives to strengthen team performance
Manage key accounts and drive customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling
Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitor offerings
Collaborate with marketing teams on targeted campaigns and promotional activities
Provide accurate sales forecasts and weekly pipeline reports to management
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Maintain updated records in the CRM and document all client interactions
Perform additional duties or special assignments as delegated by management
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years of proven sales experience in ERP solutions or SaaS products, preferably in the education sector
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of the private education market
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills
