Job Description
This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales operations within The Adaptis Group Africa. The incumbent will manage the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and providing training to sales personnel. They will coordinate sales-related administrative functions, manage contract documentation, and support sales managers in tracking pipelines and leads. Additionally, the role involves organizing travel logistics for sales personnel, planning client meetings and industry events, and ensuring adherence to travel policies. The coordinator will act as the primary liaison for the sales department, facilitating communication between various departments, and developing comprehensive sales reports to track key performance metrics.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee CRM implementation, maintenance, and optimization across the group.
Ensure adherence to CRM policies and data security standards.
Provide CRM training and support to sales personnel.
Coordinate sales-related administrative functions and assist in developing sales strategies.
Manage contract documentation and compliance.
Organize travel logistics and plan client meetings and industry events.
Facilitate communication between sales teams and other departments.
Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards.
Identify sales trends and recommend corrective actions.
Support cross-functional initiatives requiring sales input.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Technical and Functional Skills:
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with sales performance tracking and reporting tools.
Knowledge of travel and event coordination tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive problem-solving approach.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Relevant Experience:
3-5 years of proven experience in sales coordination, administration, or support roles.
