Job Description

The Junior Business Development Executive will contribute to the company’s sales and client acquisition strategy by conducting market research, qualifying leads, organizing pre-sales activities, and supporting outreach initiatives. The successful candidates will focus on generating business with schools and educational institutions, manage CRM entries, support promotional events, and assist in client meetings. This is a growth-oriented role suitable for early-career professionals who are eager to learn and advance within a high-performance environment.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify sales leads through calls, emails, and market research

  • Target and engage educational institutions and other prospective clients

  • Support senior executives in client demos, presentations, and follow-ups

  • Assist in organizing and promoting marketing events, webinars, and campaigns

  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, interactions, and opportunities

  • Build relationships with clients and promote long-term engagement

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
