Job Description
We are seeking a competent, disciplined, and experienced Security Supervisor to join our head office team.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate security guards across assigned sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with company security standards.
- Prepare duty rosters, deployment schedules, and attendance reports.
- Handle incidents, emergencies, and client complaints professionally.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel performance.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of security equipment.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly security reports.
- Liaise with clients and management on security matters.
