Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and disciplined Security Personnel to ensure the safety and protection of people, property, and assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by enforcing access control, monitoring premises, and responding appropriately to security incidents. This role requires a high level of integrity, physical fitness, and professionalism.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Guard company premises, assets, staff, and visitors against theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Control entry and exit points and verify identification of employees and visitors.
- Conduct routine patrols of the facility to detect and deter security risks.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities.
- Enforce company security policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
- Maintain accurate incident and occurrence records and submit reports to management.
- Assist in crowd control, emergency evacuations, and safety drills when required.
- Ensure professional conduct at all times while on duty.
