How to Apply
Develop and implement capacity development plans for the different stakeholders including districts and schools.
Advise on key Institutional development, governance and accountability emerging issues
Promote collaboration, learning and adaptation approaches among Enabel stakeholders at national and local levels.
Participate in key district led programming activities to advance Enabel advocacy points and promote equitable policies

A Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Human Resources Management or other relevant field related to Institutional or Organisational Development and School Leadership.
At least 5 years’ proven experience in institutional Development in Public Institutions;
At least 5 years’ proven experience in Project Management and implementation especially in the Education Sector;
Experience in school management, public finance management, procurement management and/or public sector reform
Experience in digitalization of management practices, especially in the field of finance and school management
