Job Description
The School Coordinator will play a key role in driving the successful implementation of ISCC 2026 by coordinating school participation, building strong relationships with school leadership, and ensuring smooth communication and execution of competition activities across multiple schools.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage participation of primary and secondary schools in ISCC 2026
- Act as the main point of contact between ISCC and partner schools
- Engage and communicate professionally with Heads of Department (HODs), teachers, and senior school administrators
- Support schools through registration, onboarding, and competition preparation processes
- Organize and track school schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
- Provide timely updates, guidelines, and competition information to schools
- Monitor participation progress and follow up with schools to ensure commitments are met
- Maintain accurate records of participating schools and key contacts
- Assist in organizing school visits, briefings, and competition-related events
- Prepare basic reports on school engagement, participation levels, and challenges
