Job Description

This virtual role requires handling customer questions regarding Medicare services, contracts, and eligibility. It involves analyzing and resolving issues, documenting interactions, and ensuring timely and accurate communication. Candidates will support both internal and external customers using various tools and databases and are expected to contribute to departmental goals under immediate supervision.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding contracts, benefits, and claims.

  • Extract and input information into computer systems.

  • Document inquiries and outcomes for analysis and tracking.

  • Coordinate with departments to resolve customer issues.

  • Conduct follow-up communication with customers.

  • Provide accurate and timely information and support.

  • Meet department goals and maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Use computerized tracking and troubleshooting systems.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience in an automated customer service environment is preferred.

  • Must meet residency requirement: residing in the U.S. at least 3 of the past 5 years (per CMS TDL 190275 for NGS division).


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Medicare and healthcare services.

  • Strong call center experience.

  • Understanding of contracts and services.

  • Good communication and analytical skills.
