About the Role
Harleys Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Team Leader with a solid background in pharmaceutical sales. The successful candidate will oversee and inspire a telesales and field sales team, driving performance to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships and upholding company and industry compliance standards.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmaceutical sales team to achieve sales goals and performance targets.
Oversee telesales operations, ensuring efficient customer engagement and conversion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and healthcare professionals.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and develop strategies to increase market share.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and pharmaceutical regulations.
Collaborate with management to plan and execute sales initiatives, promotions, and team development programs.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Results-driven with a passion for customer satisfaction and compliance excellence.
