How to Apply
Job Duties:
Lead and build a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure peak performance.
Generate and manage a steady pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting techniques.
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies and action plans for the insurance market.
Organize and conduct client meetings to present and explain insurance products, emphasizing their benefits and value.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Monitor sales team performance, preparing regular reports for management.
Coordinate sales campaigns and promotions to increase product awareness and drive sales.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
Address client inquiries, objections, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with company-wide objectives.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree from a recognized institution (business-related qualification is an advantage).
Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to close deals effectively.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
