Duties and Responsibilities

Processing sales orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Coordinating with the warehouse, logistics and finance departments to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
Handling customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues and escalating when necessary
Maintaining and updating customer records, sales reports and databases
Assisting with sales presentations, proposals and contracts
Performing market research and analysis, identifying new opportunities and trends

Qualifications and Competencies

The ideal candidate for this role should have the following qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
At least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the steel industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software and ERP systems
Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize tasks
A team player with a positive attitude and a professional demeanor
