Ensuring all executions are done according to the set guidelines and process of the organization and ensure the organization gets the best value for money.
Create clarity on plans and products to ensure consumer’s understanding of products and services.

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
Post-graduate qualification (e.g. CIM), an MBA would be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing/ trade or sales position, with a focus on sales, outlet management, trade marketing or other related sales and marketing experience.
Minimum of 5 years of leading a field execution team of not less than 3 years.
Excellent Data analysis and Excel skills.
Experience of the Telecommunications Industry or FMCG marketing environment.
Able to operate in a performance driven organization.
