How to Apply

3 years of sales experience, with supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Proven ability to drive team performance, meet sales targets, and manage KPIs.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage field teams effectively.
Knowledge of telecom products, services, and market trends.
Skilled in reporting, sales data analysis, and providing actionable insights.
Customer-focused, able to handle escalations and maintain high service standards.
Flexible to travel and support field operations as needed.
