Job Description
The Sales Rider (MTSR) will be responsible for enrolling new customers, conducting LPG gas cylinder deliveries, performing installations, and resolving technical issues related to smart meters. The role requires riding a motorbike to customers’ premises, training them on safety and smart meter use, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Rider will also manage customer accounts, uphold safety standards, and support logistics and sales processes to ensure high satisfaction and optimized operations.

How to Apply
Enroll and sign up new customers for LPG and related services.
Verify customer identity with original documents and confirm contact details.
Explain contract terms and assist customers in preparing their homes for installation.
Perform installations, battery swaps, and LPG cylinder exchanges.
Provide training on safe use of smart meters and LPG equipment.
Deliver filled cylinders and retrieve depleted ones promptly and efficiently.
Offer first-line customer support and escalate unresolved issues.
Maintain and safeguard company assets (motorbikes, cylinders, PPEs, phones).
Monitor customer consumption and encourage usage optimization.
Adhere to delivery routes and provide input for logistics planning.
Manage and update customer account information.
Collect and report on competitor activity in the area.
Ensure all duties are performed in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
At least 1 year of riding experience using motorcycles.
Valid A2 driving license with NTSA endorsements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
Honest, reliable, and committed to company goals.
Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot customer concerns.
