Job Title: Sales Representative
Organisation: KD Solar Solutions
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion and/or previous experience in renewable energy, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves promoting our range of Bluetti and Ecoflow solar generators to residential and commercial/business clients.

How to Apply
Business Development: Identify and target new customers and business clients through research, networking, and outreach.
Product Knowledge: Read and understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our Bluetti solar generators and solar panels including technical specifications, pricing, and financing options such as payment installment and paying in full.
Customer Engagement: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, both in-person and virtually. Address customer questions and help customers understand the benefits of solar energy solutions and provide tailored solutions to meet their energy needs.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities using your phone or notebook, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Contact Owners when customers want to place orders for solar generators or solar panel products.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector or related fields.
Strong understanding of solar energy systems and technology is a plus.
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have a Smartphone
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed is preferred
