Job Description
CHINT Uganda seeks a Sales Representative based in Kampala to drive sales growth for Dyness lithium batteries and related solar/energy storage solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. The role focuses on developing and managing sales channels, partnering with distributors and key clients, and coordinating pre- and post-sales support. The position also supports product launches, exhibitions, and market campaigns to expand market presence.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales channels for Dyness lithium batteries.
- Coordinate technical support for delivery, installation and after sales service
- Support product launches, exhibitions and market campaigns
- Lead generation and prospecting
- On-boarding new business retaining and growing current business
- Customer education and explaining CVP proposals
- Coordinate delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
- Partner with distributors, EPCs, and key clients to achieve sales targets.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share.
- Track sales performance and generate regular reports for management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
