Job Description
The Sales Representative will act as the primary contact for selling So Sure products within Mbarara and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include engaging new and existing clients, collecting orders, arranging deliveries, offering after-sales service, and collecting payments. Additionally, the representative will support marketing initiatives, provide training, and submit regular sales reports. The role requires working closely with AFRIpads' management team to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
The position is both field and office-based, requiring regular travel and flexible hours. The ideal candidate should be passionate about women's health and hygiene, self-motivated, culturally aware, and a strong communicator.

How to Apply
Act as the lead contact for So Sure product sales in the Mbarara region
Collect orders, arrange deliveries, and provide client training
Onboard new clients and ensure product listing
Handle payment collections (cash, bank, or cheque)
Deliver excellent after-sales service
Meet and exceed departmental sales targets
Explain product features, usage, and care procedures to customers
Prepare sales reports, weekly work plans, and expense reports
Monitor client stock and collect user feedback
Participate in regional events when needed
Take on additional duties as assigned
Minimum of 3 years’ proven sales experience, preferably in Mbarara
Sales experience in women’s care or pharmaceutical products is an added advantage
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Experience in both office and field-based sales operations
Ability to store stock and respond quickly to demand
Familiarity with sales management tools is desirable
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Fluency in English and Runyankole; additional languages are a plus
Culturally sensitive, self-driven, and adaptable
Willingness and ability to travel frequently within and beyond Mbarara
Comfortable using public transport (e.g., motorcycle taxis) for mobility
