How to Apply
Key Outputs and Responsibilities:
Execute, monitor, and report on national and regional trade marketing promotions
Negotiate additional sales with urban customers offering beer and soft drinks
Determine order requirements by brand/pack type based on stock levels and targets
Analyze and report competitor activities in urban outlets
Provide business advice to customers and ensure product availability per TSP guidelines
Maintain and develop relationships with customers' staff
Prepare visit routes and ensure call compliance and effectiveness
Generate and implement execution improvement proposals
Identify and support local/national event opportunities
Address new volume opportunities as they arise
Ensure proper display of NBL products at the Back of Bar
Maintain an accurate and updated customer database
Assess outlets against established guidelines and evaluate performance
Initiate trade development plans and coordinate with the sales manager
Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including KPI and competitor activity reports
Key Attributes and Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates leadership
Able to set appropriate priorities
Minimum Requirements:
1 to 2 years Sales & Marketing experience in the Soft Drinks or FMCG Industry
Good knowledge of distribution processes, costs, optimization solutions
Good knowledge of distributors' environment in allocated area
Budgeting and process techniques know-how
Commercial competence
Valid Driver's License
