Job Description
Our client is looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join their expanding FMCG team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving volume, managing distribution channels, and ensuring our products are dominant in the marketplace. You will be on the move, building relationships with retailers and wholesalers to hit ambitious growth targets.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new retail and wholesale outlets within assigned territories.
- Maintain strong rapport with existing clients to ensure brand loyalty and consistent ordering.
- Ensure products are well-displayed, priced correctly, and stock levels are optimized (First-In, First-Out).
- Meet and exceed monthly sales volume and revenue KPIs.
- Provide daily and weekly field reports on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
