Job Description
Our client, a leading distribution company specializing in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is seeking six dynamic and results-driven Sales representatives to join their growing team. They are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service across Uganda.
The Sales representatives will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with customers, and expanding the company’s market presence. The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of FMCG distribution, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.
- Identify and engage potential customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and supermarkets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess competitor activities.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demands.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and product improvements to management.
