Job Description
As a Sales Officer Intern at the Naivasha branch, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Mogo’s vehicle financing products. Your role will involve handling the loan issuance process, ensuring proper documentation, and assisting with administrative functions. You will be expected to manage client relationships from lead generation to final sale and contribute to the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer service and sales.

How to Apply
Sell Mogo’s full range of financial products to customers
Facilitate sales of new and used vehicles (cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers)
Guide potential customers through the loan application and issuance process
Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete for each sale
Assist with administrative duties, including inspections and updating vehicle prices
Manage incoming customer inquiries and follow up until the sale is finalized
Comply with the Mogo sales process and standards
Support the achievement of branch sales targets
Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing situations
Organizational and time management skills
Fluency in English and Swahili
Leadership potential, loyalty, and integrity
