Sales Manager (1 Position)
Wood Enterprises Uganda
Kyaliwajjala – Opposite Shell Kireka, Namugongo Road
Location: Central, Western, and Northern Regions (Uganda)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales management within the construction, furniture, or hospitality industry
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage a regional sales team to achieve company sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Provide training, support, and performance evaluations for the sales team
Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven success in B2B and B2C sales

Background in interior design, construction, furnishing, or hospitality sales is highly preferred
