Job Description
The Sales Manager (Log Book Financing Product) will spearhead the growth and expansion of Premier Credit’s lending services, with a focus on the Log Book Financing Product. This includes implementing strategic marketing plans to expand the customer base, driving customer acquisition, and maintaining a high-quality loan book. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing sales team, as well as fostering third-party relationships to optimize product delivery and customer satisfaction.

How to Apply
Implement and execute marketing plans to grow the active customer base and expand outreach.
Build and sustain a sales-driven culture through effective incentives, mentoring, and coaching.
Lead the delivery of demand-driven, cost-effective lending services in target geographical areas.
Roll out new products and manage geographical expansion to align with institutional growth goals.
Maintain a high-quality loan book by delivering competitive products that meet the needs of the target market.
Drive customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention through exceptional service and consistent follow-ups.
Monitor regional, branch, and product profitability growth in line with business objectives.
Effectively manage third-party relationships (e.g., valuers, insurers, tracking companies) to enhance product delivery and customer experience.
Analyze sales and portfolio performance trends, generating actionable insights for strategic improvements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance product accessibility through digital platforms such as USSD and mobile-based solutions.
Prepare and present performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in sales, preferably in financial services, asset financing, or micro-lending.
Proven experience in managing sales teams across multiple levels, including Sales Representatives, Team Leaders, and Branch Managers, with support from Call Center Agents.
Demonstrated ability to implement business growth strategies and drive geographical expansion.
Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
Track record of achieving and exceeding disbursement and profitability targets.
Proficiency in using digital solutions, including USSD platforms, for product accessibility.
Excellent customer service, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Strong experience in managing relationships with third-party partners such as valuers, insurers, and tracking companies.
