Job Description
You will be responsible for meeting a monthly and annual sales target within the Area of Jurisdiction by responding to all in-coming enquiries to the department. The role involves writing proposals, meeting clients, and co-coordinating all details relating to sales events. Reports will be prepared regarding weekly target status for the team, alongside pro-active sales activities reported to the Sales and Marketing Head.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets as per the company budget given for a particular given period.
- Responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing good solutions.
- Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.
- Responsible for understanding customer needs and present tailored solutions, and negotiate deals.
- Responsible for delivering engaging sales presentations, proposals to prospective clients and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
- To ensure compliance of sales processes, policies and procedures
- Getting acquainted with Integrated management Systems for the company (ISO 9001:2025, ISO14001:2025 &45001:2018)
- To provide input and ideas into marketing initiatives and subsequently promote these initiatives and monitor responses.
- To maintain and develop contact with professional bodies and potential clients through attendance at networking and promotional events
