Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for solar energy and customer service, capable of driving sales, managing client relationships, and handling outlet operations efficiently.

How to Apply
Take charge of sales operations at the company’s outlet on Kireka–Namugongo Road
Manage day-to-day outlet activities including order processing, customer service, and inventory organization
Deliver orders to designated clients when required
Maintain accurate sales and transaction records
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling, social media, networking, and referrals
Engage potential customers, assess their energy needs, and propose suitable solar solutions
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Prepare and present persuasive sales pitches and proposals
Negotiate deals in line with company policies and close sales
Collaborate with technical teams for project quotations and client specifications
Keep abreast of industry trends, market competition, and emerging solar technologies

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the solar energy sector
Good understanding of solar products and installation processes
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and networking abilities
Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive
Female candidates aged 23–28 are encouraged to apply (added advantage)
