Sales Executive – Pebuu Uganda

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking passionate, proactive, and results-driven Sales Executives to strengthen and expand our agent network across the country.
Job Purpose
The Sales Executive will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing agent partners, driving the adoption of Pebuu’s digital financial products, and ensuring sustainable growth in agent activity and transaction volumes.
This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent sales, communication, and relationship management skills, and a strong passion for fieldwork.

How to Apply
Identify, recruit, and onboard new agent banking partners in key markets.
Promote and sell Pebuu’s agent banking and digital financial products.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to new and existing agents.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agents to ensure productivity, compliance, and retention.
Monitor agent performance and provide continuous support to increase transaction activity.
Gather and share market insights and customer feedback to guide business development strategies.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
Consistently achieve assigned sales, activation, and performance targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (credit in Mathematics and English is an advantage).
Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales, business development, or financial services.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Willingness to travel and work in the field across different regions of Uganda.
