Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and competent sales executive to work at our central office in Kampala
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and cross-selling loan products, acquiring new clients, and supporting business growth through excellent customer engagement and relationship management.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Market and sell the institution’s loan and financial products.
- Cross-sell products to existing and potential clients.
- Identify and onboard new customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed individual sales and portfolio targets.
- Collect and submit sales reports and customer data.
- Participate in marketing and outreach activities.
- Represent the institution professionally at all times.
