Job Description

TakaTaka Solutions is looking for a Sales Executive - Collection to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and managing client relationships within the recycling industry. The role involves conducting market research, presenting tailored waste management solutions, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will also collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the waste management and recycling industry.

Customer Acquisition and Retention

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target
  • Generate leads, prospect new clients, and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Client Consultations and Presentations

  • Conduct client meetings to understand their waste management needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and quotes to potential clients.

Contract Negotiation and Closing

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with commercial and/or residential clients (focus decided by HoD), ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to finalizing contracts.

Market and Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting

  • Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and conversion rates.

Collaboration and Teamwork

  • Work closely with other departments, such as logistics , customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support as needed.

Customer Support and Follow-up

  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
