Job Description
Generations Techzone is seeking a skilled Ads Manager to oversee and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube. The role involves managing budgets, optimizing campaign performance, and analyzing key metrics to drive customer acquisition and profitability.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Plan and run paid advertising campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- Google Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Create and manage campaign structures, audiences, and budgets
- Launch product campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers
- Retarget website visitors and abandoned carts
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
- Monitor daily ad performance and optimize campaigns
Analyze key metrics such as:
- ROAS
- CPA
- CTR
- CPC
- Conversion rates
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Conduct competitor and market analysis
- Test creatives, copy, and audience variations
- Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and videographers
- Guide the team on high-performing ad creatives
- Suggest viral and conversion-focused campaign ideas
- Ensure branding consistency across all campaigns
Drive traffic to:
- Website
- Physical stores
- Online marketplaces
- Improve online conversions and customer acquisition
Assist in setting up tracking systems including:
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion API
- Google Analytics
- TikTok Pixel
