Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee the execution of sales strategies, manage client relationships, and expand market presence for the company’s products. They will develop and implement marketing and trade activation plans, identify key sales opportunities, and ensure high standards of brand visibility. The role involves maintaining partnerships with resellers and retailers, monitoring market competition, and preparing detailed performance reports to guide decision-making.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage sales, marketing, and distribution activities efficiently to achieve profitable growth.
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts through planned visits to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Support brand marketing initiatives by identifying key opportunities in listing and activations.
Execute trade marketing strategies across assigned brands in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales Managers.
Implement effective merchandising, brand activations, and point-of-sale (POS) placements.
Establish strong partnerships with resellers, traders, and retailers to ensure brand loyalty and trade support.
Monitor market trends and competition, reporting on pricing, products, and promotional activities.
Prepare and submit detailed activity and results reports including weekly work plans and monthly sales analyses.
Represent the company professionally and manage all sales and financial activities ethically.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Trade Marketing within the FMCG industry (preferably in food and beverages).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an outgoing personality.
Must possess a valid Driver’s License (DL).
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload independently.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
Proven ability to deliver results and meet sales targets.
