Job Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client interactions through CRM systems, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to closure. This includes participating in promotional activities, preparing and following up on documentation, tracking customer payments, and supporting mortgage clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to work independently and meet sales targets while maintaining professional standards in all client dealings.

How to Apply
Generate leads through marketing campaigns, cold calling, referrals, and other sources, with all activities logged in CRM.
Manage all client interactions and updates via CRM, from prospecting to closing.
Conduct market research and surveys to evaluate competitors’ property prices.
Provide timely sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on client pipelines and performance.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, offering support throughout the customer journey.
Participate in marketing and promotional events including expos and activations.
Prepare and follow up on documentation such as booking forms, offer letters, sales agreements, and transfer documents.
Upload proof of customer payments into CRM for processing.
Monitor client payment plans and ensure collections are made on time.
Maintain an 85% compliance rate on customer payment plans.
Issue cancellation notices via CRM in line with policy.
Track and support mortgage applications for qualified clients.
Ensure adherence to all real estate policies and legal requirements.
Maintain high professionalism in all client communications.
Education:
Higher National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year working as a marketer or sales executive in the real estate industry.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Team-oriented with flexibility to meet business targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications.
