How to Apply
Execute sales activities in line with the company's and department's sales targets, achieving various sales objectives.
Analyze the existing market and customer base, identify potential customer needs, and address current customer requirements to meet sales goals.
Lead business negotiations with clients, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and work to increase contract volume and profit margins.
Coordinate internal and external resources, resolve issues that arise during project implementation, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to understand their evolving needs and enhance customer satisfaction, driving further business opportunities.
Perform other tasks as assigned by senior leadership.
Job Requirements:
Fluency in English.
1-3 years of sales experience in the PV industry; passionate about sales with a strong desire to succeed. Engineering background is preferred.
Outgoing personality, resilient under pressure, self-motivated, and able to manage customer visits with high intensity.
Core Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong execution ability, proactive approach to work, and a results-driven mindset.
Solid industry knowledge with a foundational understanding of power electronics, basic circuits, PWM, and inverter debugging. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
