How to Apply
Build and maintain relationships with bonded warehouses, car dealerships, and motor vehicle distributors to drive motor vehicle financing business.
Prospect and qualify potential clients for financing services.
Educate customers on financing options and support them through the documentation process.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth and efficient financing experience.
Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct daily field visits and submit reports to the line supervisor.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and share weekly written sales reports.
Competency Profile
Technical Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the automotive sector.
Knowledge of motor vehicle sales, financing processes, and industry regulations.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Additional training in sales, marketing, leadership, team building, or business management.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key automotive stakeholders.
Experience in motor vehicle sales and/or financing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent reporting skills.
Required Experience
Minimum of 1 year in sales or business development.
Experience in the automotive industry or motor vehicle financing/sales is essential.
