Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Implement and execute marketing campaigns, including online and offline initiatives.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Prepare and submit regular sales and marketing reports.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve company objectives.
Manage social media and other digital marketing platforms.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Proven experience in sales and marketing.
Minimum of 2 years working experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
A Valid Ugandan National ID.
Basic Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
Benefits: Salary of 800,000 UGX per month.
