How to Apply
Maintain and develop a customer and prospect database.
Plan and carry out direct marketing activities
Develop ideas and create offers to major accounts
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits.
Ensure that customer receives a good service that exceeds customer requirements and is satisfied with the service.
Manage all aftersales functions of the business.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers
Conduct sales analyses, monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the sales and marketing departments.
Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company’s brands via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management
Understand and implement role as per quality, environment, health & safety management systems
Provide support in bid management: planning, compiling and submitting bids
Diploma in any technical field (Entomology, Public Health, Food Science or any engineering field) & 3 years Sales experience or Diploma in Sales/ Marketing & 3 years’ experience in pest control
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook etc.
Good negotiation skills.
Good at multi-tasking and prioritizing
A great team player
Have Initiative and be innovative
