Job Description
This role focuses on end-to-end field and hybrid sales. You will prospect and qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. You’ll nurture relationships with new and existing customers, maintain accurate daily sales reports, and collaborate with the team to execute targeted campaigns. Experience with CCTV and intruder alarm systems is a strong advantage and will be leveraged to unlock new segments and upsell opportunities. The role offers flexible hours, continuous training, and performance-based earnings.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Promote and sell Taraipi products/services within Kitengela and Nairobi.
Identify and qualify new clients; generate and manage leads/pipeline.
Conduct customer visits, demos, and presentations; prepare quotations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and after-sales support.
Report daily sales activities and market feedback to management.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay informed on competitor offerings and market trends.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Previous sales experience (technology/security solutions preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, dependable; able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be based in Kitengela or Nairobi and available to start immediately.
Strong advantage: Sales experience with CCTV and intruder alarm systems.
