Job Title: Sales Administrator (Fresher Jobs)

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
The Sales Administrator is responsible for aiding our growth and diversification in the Corporate, NGO & B2C sectors by providing professional office (Kampala branch) based administrative support to the sales team with a view of releasing the team to spend more time generating new business.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Support the Branch sales team in preparation of proposals, tenders and RFQs within customer agreed timelines while tracking submission and conversion.
Put in place an efficient contracts management system to receive, track and follow up on sign-off of all sales team customer contracts while ensuring an accurate order bank.
Liaise with SSP and Logistics to track and ensure order bank delivery per customer commitments.
Oversee demo/test drive vehicles, coordinate their scheduling, consolidate customer feedback, and generate weekly demo utilization reports.
Oversee the display standards of vehicles in the showroom (per OEM guidelines) as well as support in the creative execution of showroom displays to generate interest and conversion.
Champion and oversee data integrity of sales team customer records in the ERP/CRM system.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Educational qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, sales, marketing or related fields.
Specific knowledge & skills:
At least 2 years demonstrable experience coordinating multiple projects/deliverables in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Experience in the preparation and winning of competitive bids/tenders will be an added advantage.
Good organization and time management skills with the flexibility to prioritize as necessary.
Tech savvy with proficient IT skills and a working knowledge of CRM systems.

Consistently meet deadlines.
