The Workshop Accounts Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Service Department with activities related to invoicing, purchasing, reporting, and stock management, ensuring accurate financial records and efficient operations within the workshop and branches.

To ensure improved business liquidity by implementing the credit control procedures, timely collection of debts and resolve daily customer complaints.

Grow business by identifying, understanding and meeting customer needs through effective identification & selling of Parts and maintaining relationships with new and existing CFAO Mobility customers

The ideal candidate will perform tasks efficiently and accurately, contributing to service throughput and business growth through excellent workmanship and adherence to safety and operational standards.

Responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable function to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with internal guidelines and international accounting standards.

Manage and process vehicle warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, supporting distributor and dealer service operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsible for driving growth and achieving sales targets through strategic engagement with government entities.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by effectively identifying customer needs and ensuring accurate communication with the workshop team in Uganda.

Training, providing exposure to various business areas while equipping candidates with essential skills for professional advancement.

You will support in the operations of the Customer Relations department with key focus in ensuring customer experience and satisfaction

In this role, you will ensure achievement of service revenue budget through accurate and timely costing of all workshop jobs and dispatch of quotations to customers in time.
