We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and motivated Sales Administrator to provide critical support to our senior management and play a key role in driving business growth.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to top management, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
Organize and manage client meetings, sales follow-ups, and internal communications.
Maintain and update client records and handle multiple accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
Assist in sales reporting, performance tracking, and data analysis.
Support the sales team in achieving targets through effective coordination and process improvement.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance sales operations and customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Previous experience supporting top-level management or sales leadership
Strong understanding of sales operations, targets, and performance metrics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Background in accounting or finance is an added advantage
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to think creatively
Demonstrated leadership potential and a professional, positive attitude
