Kray Microfinance is looking for experienced Sales & Operations Team Leads to drive sales growth and operational excellence at our Kyaliwajjala and Kawempe branches. The successful candidates will lead, train, and motivate sales teams to meet targets while managing customer relationships and operational reporting.
