Job Title: Sales & Operations Manager

The Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing operational efficiency, and aligning business strategies to achieve company goals. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to managing teams and processes.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Sales Management
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor and analyze sales data to adjust strategies as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Operations Management
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing) to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and quality assurance measures.
Manage budgets, allocate resources, and control operational costs.
Identify and mitigate risks to operational efficiency.
Leadership & Strategy
Set goals and KPIs for the sales and operations teams and ensure accountability.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
Evaluate market trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Represent the company in meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in real estate management.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong client and team management abilities.
Age: 30+ years.
Preferably female & should possess a personal vehicle.
