Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Safety Officer with a strong background in Occupational safety, PPE Management and tender application processes to lead and establish our Safety Unit department. This position offers the right person an opportunity to align with company goals and secure a vital role in our growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in setting up and operationalizing the safety unit, Managing PPE procurement and distribution, ensuring regulatory compliance and actively participate in public and private sector tenders within the safety and PPE space.

How to Apply
Lead the establishment and management of the safety unit department in line with company goals.
Develop and implement policies, procedures and operational guidelines of the safety department.
Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of PPE and safety equipment.
Identify and track relevant PPE and safety tender opportunities in the public and private sector
Develop and conduct trainings for staff and clients on PPE use and workplace safety protocols
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals successfully.
Proven experience in managing safety operations, including PPE procurement, distribution and compliance.
Strong knowledge of PPE standards and safety regulation
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a department
Excellent organizational, reporting communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
