Retail Training Manager – 3 Positions Job at EBC

Job Description
To design, coordinate, and deliver effective retail training programs that improve sales performance, customer experience, compliance, and operational standards across all retail outlets. These training courses will be suitable for staff, dealers, station managers and all station staff.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Training completion and compliance rates Improvement in sales and customer service metrics Reduction in operational and compliance gaps Staff capability and readiness levels Feedback from retail teams and management
Responsible For:
- Training Strategy & Planning Develop and implement a structured retail training framework for all roles.
- Conduct training needs analysis based on performance gaps, audits, and business priorities.
- Prepare annual and quarterly retail training plans aligned to company goals.
- Standardize training materials across all retail locations.
- Mystery shopper coordinator and agency contact.
- Training Delivery & Facilitation Deliver classroom, on-the-job, and virtual training sessions.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction training for new retail staff.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction training for retail dealers.
- Roll out new products, promotions, and service standards through training.
- Coach and mentor store managers and supervisors on people development. Sales & Customer Experience Training Train staff on sales techniques, upselling, and customer engagement.
- Reinforce customer service standards and brand experience.
- Support outlets to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction scores.
- Compliance & Operational Training Ensure all retail staff are trained on SOPs, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate mandatory trainings and refresher sessions. Coordinate Staff Uniform supply end to end.
- Maintain training records for audit and compliance purposes. Work closely with Operations, HSSE, and Compliance teams.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting Track training attendance, completion, and effectiveness.
- Evaluate training impact through assessments, KPIs, and field observations.
- Prepare regular training reports for management.
- Recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
- Field Support & Store Engagement Conduct regular station visits to observe performance and reinforce training.
- Support station managers in addressing staff performance gaps.
- Act as a link between head office and retail teams on learning needs.
