Job Description
Serves as the first point of contact for clients by managing bookings, handling payments, answering inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide a positive first impression of the spa.
- Manage bookings, appointments, and walk-in clients using the scheduling system.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about services and pricing.
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and balance daily cash and mobile money transactions.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the booking system.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Promote spa services, packages, and special offers to clients.
- Coordinate with therapists and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle client feedback and resolve minor issues professionally.
