Job Description
Lead SME sales strategy, partnerships, and market growth at Jubilee Insurance, East Africa’s leading insurer. Drive revenue, expand market reach, and build high-performing sales teams while delivering exceptional customer value.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SME sales and partnership strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to expand market reach and distribution channels.
- Lead, coach, and motivate SME sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive acquisition and retention of SME clients through tailored insurance and investment solutions.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Manage key SME accounts and oversee relationship management frameworks.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and deliver management reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, underwriting, and operations teams to optimize product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Represent Jubilee Life Insurance at industry and business forums.
