Job Description
Oversees the daily operations of the spa, including staff supervision, bookings, customer experience, hygiene standards, stock control, and sales performance to ensure smooth, professional, and profitable service delivery.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily spa operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and service excellence.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate spa staff and therapists.
- Manage bookings, client flow, and service delivery to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Enforce strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards across all spa areas.
- Monitor stock levels and manage ordering of supplies, products, and consumables.
- Track sales performance, set targets, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Promote spa services, packages, and loyalty programs.
