Collaborate with departments (land acquisition, replacement housing, community relations, grievance management, livelihood restoration, gender) and contractors (RAP planning, land acquisition, archiving, cultural heritage, grave relocation, housing construction, livelihood restoration programs) along with IT partners to gather and consolidate M&E documents.

Collaborate with departments (land acquisition, replacement housing, community relations, grievance management, livelihood restoration, gender) and contractors (RAP planning, land acquisition, archiving, cultural heritage, grave relocation, housing construction, livelihood restoration programs) along with IT partners to gather and consolidate M&E documents.
Establish and monitor RAP key performance indicators with department units.
Review RAP progress with unit heads and implement corrective actions if needed.
Ensure RAP activities comply with IFC Performance Standards, suggesting adjustments as necessary.
Create management reporting dashboards for compliance tracking.
Extensive experience in RAP and LRP implementation in various project phases within the resources sector.
Proficient in developing and implementing stakeholder engagement plans and grievance mechanisms, including reporting.
Skilled in managing cultural heritage resources.
Strong understanding of IFC Performance Standards, particularly PS 1, 5, and 8.
Experienced in supporting and conducting follow-up with lender-appointed social consultants.
Experienced in preparing for and supporting follow-up with government regulators and related ministries.
